Some of us come from families that have been in Marion for generations - others have chosen Marion for its beautiful seaside location, our wonderful community, and our neighbors and friends that make Marion so special.
We are fortunate that we have had great leaders in the past which have helped shape Marion as we know it today.
Similar to many communities that surround us - Marion faces many challenges to maintain the town as we know it today. The very infrastructure needed to serve our residents is now facing critical repairs or needed replacement. Our municipal sewer system is facing enormous potential costs and our current water and sewer fees are unsustainable. Our police, fire, emergency services, public works, and town employees are dedicated to Marion but rising costs, and aging equipment, present a real challenge to their ability to continue to deliver the level of services we have come to expect.
We need to address issues like these while investing in our community as a place where people live, learn, work, and play.
As your selectman I will work for you to address these issues and develop long-range plans to ensure that we maintain or enhance the services we provide to our community in a fiscally responsible way.
About Sean
Sean is someone who gets things done. Serving as the Owner Project Manager for communities throughout the Commonwealth, Sean and his team help our communities build the facilities where we live, work, and play.
Sean gives back. Serving his country in the U.S. Army Reserves, his state in the Massachusetts Army National Guard, or his community as a Marion Volunteer Fire Fighter or coaching youth sports, Sean understands the importance of service to others.
Sean has the tools to succed. A civil engineer with a MBA in Finance and a Juris Doctor (Law Degree) Sean brings his education to solve municipal issues.
